Thigh Lift

We understand that excess skin and tissue on the thighs can affect self-confidence and make it difficult to wear certain clothing styles comfortably. A thigh lift is designed to remove excess skin and fat, tighten the underlying tissue, and reshape the thighs for a smoother, more toned appearance.

Procedure

Thigh lift surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon makes incisions in the groin area, along the inner thigh, or sometimes extending down toward the knee depending on the amount of correction needed. Excess skin and fat are removed, and the underlying tissue is tightened to create a smoother, firmer contour. Liposuction may be used in combination for improved results. The procedure typically takes 2–3 hours, and most patients return home the same day.

We understand that it may not always be possible for you to visit our clinic in person for your initial consultation. For this reason, we offer virtual consultations with our medical team.

Due to high demand, please allow up to 2 business days for review. If you are a good candidate for your requested procedure (such as BBL, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, Chin Liposuction, or other services), our office will contact you to schedule your virtual consultation. Payment is required at the time of booking the actual consultation, and our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies. In rare cases of complex or revision surgery, Dr. Abrokwa may request an in-person consultation.

Photo Requirements

• Use proper lighting.
• Stand against a plain, solid-colored background.
• Areas of concern should be visible (use small underwear or bikini).
• Ask someone else to take the photos (selfies often distort angles and lighting).
• Ensure photos are recent.
• Titles under 60 characters, max size 3MB per photo.
