If you feel that your abdomen has excess skin, fat, or lacks firmness despite diet and exercise, you are not alone. Many people visit our clinics with the same concern and choose tummy tuck surgery (abdominoplasty) with our highly trained and experienced cosmetic surgeons.
We understand that loose abdominal skin and weakened muscles can affect self-confidence and make it difficult to achieve a toned silhouette. A tummy tuck is designed to remove excess skin and fat while tightening the abdominal muscles, resulting in a flatter, firmer stomach.
Typical reasons people consider tummy tuck surgery include:
Tummy tuck surgery is performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon makes an incision across the lower abdomen, usually from hip to hip, and may also make an incision around the navel. Excess skin and fat are removed, and the abdominal muscles are tightened to create a firmer contour. The remaining skin is repositioned, and the navel may be reshaped for a natural appearance. The procedure typically takes 2–4 hours, and most patients return home the same day.
Many of our patients travel from across Ghana and other African countries to have surgery with Dr. Kwame Abrokwaa-Yankyera at Total Cosmetic Surgery Solution. We understand that it may not always be possible for you to visit our clinic in person for your initial consultation. For this reason, we offer virtual consultations with our medical team.
To schedule your virtual consultation, please complete the form below and upload the required photos. Dr. Abrokwa personally reviews all submissions. There is no charge for the initial screening process.
Due to high demand, please allow up to 2 business days for review. If you are a good candidate for your requested procedure (such as BBL, Breast Augmentation, Tummy Tuck, Chin Liposuction, or other services), our office will contact you to schedule your virtual consultation. Payment is required at the time of booking the actual consultation, and our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies. In rare cases of complex or revision surgery, Dr. Abrokwa may request an in-person consultation.
If you experience difficulties uploading photos, please email them directly to drkay@tcssafrik.com.
